30 June, the Day the Egyptians Recovered Their Homeland

The will of God was with the determination of the Egyptians who took to the street rejecting the plans to tear down the homeland and its institutions and divide it into warring sectarian and ethnic statelets, so that the matter would extend to the rest of the Arab countries and turn them into failed states whose peoples live in shelter tents on the borders, and to spread chaos in order to extend control over the land, resources and wealth.
The Brotherhood organization failed to manage the country’s crises politically, economically and socially, at home and abroad, and belittled Egypt’s historical rights to the Nile waters; their efforts were concentrated on how to penetrate institutions, especially the security institutions, to weaken them, so as to make way for their cadres to take the reins and implement their ideology and ideas along the lines of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
The president and the organization celebrated the terrorists after releasing them from prisons, dismissed the Public Prosecutor, besieged the Supreme Constitutional Court and Media Production City, attacked the judiciary, fabricated security crises in which dozens of innocent people were killed, supported Hamas, paved the way for the founding of terrorist groups in Sinai to support their policy, and called for supporting “the family and the clan” in Syria.
Their policies led to worsening crises in food, ration and petroleum supplies and rising prices, along with power cuts, the flight of investment, the erosion of monetary reserves, the deterioration of public services and utilities, and the relentless effort to Brotherhood-ize the state and obliterate the Egyptian identity and the national spirit deeply rooted in society.
They planned to spread a spirit of hatred and discrimination among the various sects of the people in order to divide society; violence increased and weapons spread to terrorize citizens, who lost their sense of safety and tranquillity; they replaced the rule of law with dark constitutional declarations against the will of the people, and formed a House of Representatives and a Shura Council modelled on the shura councils of al-Qaeda and the terrorist groups.
The people bore many tragedies, which caused general resentment among the masses of Egyptians, who united and demanded that the armed forces save the country and its people from the clutches of the Brotherhood occupation after their failure to run the country according to their ideology.
Then came 30 June, when the world stood in respect and amazement at the millions of elderly people, adults, young people and children who went out into the streets and squares, armed with the power of peacefulness and national unity, raising the flag of Egypt under the slogan “the people, the army and the police are one hand”, to bring down the plans to spread chaos and restore stability to the country.
Then came the statement of the General Command of the Armed Forces, delivered by Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Minister of Defence at the time, in response to the will of the people, meeting the demands that the Egyptian people called for on 30 June 2013.
This day is considered a liberation of the homeland, the return of Egypt to the Egyptians and the election of sincere patriotic men, so that a stage of new challenges could begin to rebuild the homeland, strengthen state institutions and reinforce the capabilities of the army and the police to achieve stability and safety and set out towards comprehensive development.
The people united in confronting terrorism, and Egypt succeeded in managing crises with science and knowledge, such as confronting the repercussions of the coronavirus and the required vaccines, or confronting the repercussions of the Russia–Ukraine war and its negative and escalating effects on the global economy and food. And managing the water crisis with Ethiopia with wise policies to preserve historical rights.
And following new policies to restore the dignity of Egyptians abroad and working to provide a decent life, treatment, medicine and housing for them at home, putting the interest of the homeland and the citizen above every consideration despite the circumstances and challenges facing the various countries of the world.
The development and building plans of the New Republic will only be completed through the awareness and solidarity of all and the bearing of hardships until the desired goals are reached.
The real hero is the people of Egypt, who bore suffering during the rule of the Brotherhood and rose up against violence and chaos.
And who are still offering sacrifices and martyrs from among the innocent and from their sons in the armed forces and the police in confronting terrorism, bearing the cost of economic reform, and supporting the state’s efforts in confronting the repercussions of global crises and their negative effects on the economy, food and prices.
So greetings to the authentic Egyptian people and their sacrifices in protecting the homeland and defending its land, showing determination in the face of challenges and hardships and attempts to target the cohesion of the internal front, undermine stability and obstruct development plans, and insisting on moving forward to make Egypt an advanced and leading country at the level of the wor
