Bahaa Helmy Writes: Human Rights… Between Truth and Misguidance

People are sometimes confused about knowing truth from misguidance in many matters. This is due to the absence of real standards for judging things and events as right or wrong.
But the truth always has evidence and signs that confirm it – however long the misleading of and lying to people lasts – as the American administration did under President Obama, in partnership with Qatar and the Brotherhood, in the failed attempt to spread the plan of chaos in the Middle East region to partition it and redraw the map of regional powers through the use of soft-power policies and mechanisms.
President Trump announced during his election campaign in 2016 that “Obama and Clinton are the founders of the terrorist organization ISIS and deserve an award for it”. Secretary of State Hillary confessed to the threads of the conspiracy, and the US State Department website published her leaks about the size and dimensions of the plan of misguidance that the people and army of Egypt aborted on 30 June 2013.
The past and coming policies of the Democratic Party were previously announced by President Trump when he said that “the Democratic performance was marked by death, terrorism and the destruction of states such as Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen..” and the displacement of populations, together with support for homosexuals, through the use of soft power to achieve these goals, while announcing that he had thrown these policies into the dustbin.
Soft power is “the ability to influence the behaviour of others” through the use of directed American media in all its forms, which is still the most powerful media in the world, in addition to the use of social media, and training and co-opting various associations and civil society organizations in order to attract others and convince them of specific goals, while exploiting communication skills and emotional intelligence to form and mobilize supporters for the values and principles they raise as subjects: human rights, non-discrimination, racism, inequality, minorities, intolerance, torture, detention, freedom of opinion and expression, and other different terms after the word “arbitrary” has been added in invented terms – and American society lacked many of these values in the last elections – together with supporting some persons inside, carefully chosen to be used to work as activists, with material and moral support.
Egypt and its political leadership were strongly present in the events of the American elections, which points to
the standing it has attained and its pivotal role in the region.
Now some foreign media are promoting statements by some officials of the new American administration about their concern over some citizens who broke the law being subjected to investigation, which was called “a confrontational start with Egypt”.
The truth is that it is not a start but an end, declared by the Egyptian people through their awareness and understanding of the attempts at misleading followed by previous American administrations, so they say to them: enough malice and misguidance.
Human rights are interconnected and indivisible; the truth is what we see on the soil of the homeland of real, unprecedented achievement in the field of health and medical care for the Egyptian citizen, and the national and African initiatives for treating citizens and the early detection of diseases; and there are programmes for developing education and the shift to digitization, combating corruption, strengthening infrastructure and applying social protection programmes, employment, keeping the wheel of production turning, and making every effort to move Egypt into the ranks of the developed countries.
With complete confidence we say that we, the people, have nothing but to protect the homeland, its history and its civilization, and to lead our country towards a better future.
And we say to them: do not forget that Egypt has previously prevented many persons representing foreign organizations that follow the policies of misguidance from entering the country.
Egypt is advancing through the solidarity of its people and its political leadership, who have pledged to God and the homeland to move forward to benefit from our human and natural resources to achieve the best level of prosperity for individuals, and independence of decision.
We must not fail to declare with full confidence and faith that Egypt is strong through its people and its land and God’s blessing upon them in the heavenly books.
Duty requires us to offer advice to all those who try to mislead our people: study the reasons for the decline of the role of the United States as the first superpower and its loss of hegemony over the world; help your citizens, solve the problems of racism, and provide health and preventive care to the residents of your territory in the face of the COVID-19 virus.
